Pleasant stay

Very well-kept hotel. Air-conditioned and soundproof rooms. Ample parking (paid). Very beautiful pool. Excellent breakfast. Staff is top-notch for the most part. On the other hand, the experience at the hotel restaurant ('Le K') was very disappointing, especially compared to last year. Just a minor hiccup? The goodwill gesture (i.e., complimentary drinks for the table) did not change the fact that our evening was completely ruined.

Superb

Had the chance to stay at this superb hotel on the occasion of the mimosa festival. It was a haven of happiness, in very nice rooms very well soundproofed, an enchanting setting, and a staff available and kind.
To come back a second time seems so obvious that we were conquered.

Can do better

Booking a prestige room via the website described as having a sofa, but which in reality has only one armchair (I mean only one armchair, which is not very convenient when you are 2). Cleaning not done one of the days, certainly I come to be asked at 4:45 pm if I want to do it but why wait 4:45 pm when I left the hotel at 9:45 am and returned at 4:15 pm ... especially given the low number of visitors to the establishment. Very good service at breakfast and restaurant. That the hotel blocks 100€ per day in your bank account for extras on top of the amount of accommodation, why not, even if it is perhaps a bit high, but that I am asked in addition to pay in advance for the meal on New Year's Eve I find this abusive. Especially since we are not notified when booking at the reception, or even verbally during the stay, no, we simply receive on his mailbox an anonymous message automatically generated by a platform. And when we are surprised at the reception, the answer is unpleasant.
