I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the smooth check-in to the spotless and comfortable room, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay.

I would not return and would not recommend this property. I had a very unpleasant experience. I paid EUR 50 for a parking space, but none of the access cards provided to open the garage door worked, despite trying several different ones. The issue was never resolved during my 5-day stay, and every time we needed to enter or exit the garage, we had to wait for someone with a remote control, which consistently resulted in delays of 15 to 30 minutes. The staff was not particularly helpful in addressing the problem.
Additionally, the laundry facilities were inadequate. Only two washing machines were available, and when I tried to use them, only one was functioning. Cleanliness could be improved, as could the overall maintenance of the room.

Our stay got off to a bad start. Upon check-in on the first day, the room setup was incorrect: we had requested two single beds, but were given a double bed instead. We had to ask for a room change.
While the second room had the correct bed configuration, cleanliness was a major issue. The fan was covered in dust, and the microwave was very dirty. We immediately reported this to the front desk, and they assured us the housekeeping staff would come the following day to take care of it.
However, when we checked with the reception the next evening, the receptionist on duty had no record or information about housekeeping being scheduled for our room. In the end, he simply offered to replace the microwave.
Overall, the lack of follow-through and poor communication between staff members made for a frustrating stay.

After having to leave the room in a hurry, that is 20 minutes after paying for it, no commercial gesture was made, whether it be a refund, a credit for another date, or a voucher to use within the Montempô chain
The rooms are of the lowest quality
The cleaning is sloppy, dust litters the floor under the bed
The bathroom windows are full of limescale
The toilet still shows signs of the previous occupant..
I am really emphasizing in my comment the fact that the staff is not at all accommodating and did not deign to solve my problem, which was nevertheless simple: a room at over €72 that was not used, therefore intact.
To have this amount charged without having been able to sleep and enjoy the room is simply inconceivable
Furthermore, a word of advice to future travelers to Marseille: do not go to this hotel, which is located more in the 13th (northern district) than in the 4th; indeed, the population surrounding the hotel will not make you think of that of La Joliette or the most beautiful Marseille neighborhoods.
It is hard to park in the surrounding streets
Or else you have to pay for a parking lot that is not secure at all
People come and go on foot as they please.
Furthermore, the hotel does not carry out any checks regarding the comings and goings of people at the hotel; there is a parade of men entering and leaving the hotel, I will let you imagine the reason why

Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, votre départ n'était pas lié à une défaillance de notre établissement, mais est intervenu à la suite d'une intervention des forces de l'ordre vous concernant. Le studio qui vous avait été attribué est demeuré immobilisé et n'a pas pu être reloué. Les conditions de votre réservation ne permettaient donc pas d'accéder à votre demande de remboursement.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, car park very useful for our needs. Room was clean, lacked a few basic utensils.
The reason I have marked so low is due to no air conditioning we only had a fan and therefore the warm air circulated and we couldn't get cool in a 36 degree heat and didn't sleep well at all.
I understand also why people may feel a little uncomfortable in the area at night, during the day is ok although not much to do.
