Extremely run-downed hotel. The lobby doesn’t really exist. There is a weird smell throughout the hotel.
The room smelled of old smoke, my clothes got destroyed from the smell and have been trying to clean them from that smell. The room was very dirty. Bathroom was filled with long black hairs, by the toilet, in the bathtub/shower. AC doesn’t work. Very hot.
+ location, spacious room.
- literally everything else. Would never recommend or stay there again. Not worth anything.

Good location, quiet room, and the woman who checked us in (Laura) was very helpful telling us where to eat and visit, BUT:
1. The air conditioning (A/C) does not cool the room at all and
2. Despite having an 1100 checkout, we were asked at 0700 when we would checkout, someone knocked on our door at 1030, called the room repeatedly starting at 1045, and knocked on the door at 1050. (We think the cleaning woman was pressuring the receptionist to rush us out.) We left at 1057. Either you have an 1100 checkout or you don’t; stop harassing your customers. We will not return!

The attendant at the front desk was very nice...the hotel is well located... but the hotel itself is dark and dingy and my room had a shower with a broken handle making it difficult to bath. I would not stay her again

The only thing good about this hotel is the staff. Mommo (sp) was wonderful and helpful. But the rooms are old, and the ones that may have been renovated needed more work. I looked at 3 rooms, chose one I thought was fine but after settling in I looked up to see the vent was covered in mold! I changed rooms again and the shower was moldy. The toilet paper holder and soap dispenser were like those in public restrooms. Despite promises that the reception would be staffed until 7 or 9pm, there was no one there most nights after 6pm. It was very eerie, since the staff told me the hotel was almost empty. They also need to be more transparent about the fact that the reception is on the 1st floor (second in US terms), so you have to go up almost 2 flights of stairs to get there. They were nice and helped me with my large luggage, but if someone has difficulty climbing stairs it would be a surprise. Also, nowhere in their information does it say that they are in the pedestrian area of the Old Port, so cars cannot get near. I would not recommend this hotel unless they totally cleanup and redo the rooms.

Too expensive for services! Run away

We stayed for one night at this hotel. Quick stopover in marseille and fortunately because this hotel is closer to a bypass hotel than a tourist hotel.
To start the elevator does not work, room on the 3rd floor...
The room smells like cigarettes, despite having left the window open all evening the smell is not gone.
The decoration is more than special...
The TV doesn’t work, an old system with antenna, we had to get up several times to move the socket until it remained frozen on the screen and we decided to turn off.
Finally no hot water in the shower. The reception told me that we had to wait at least 7min which is a shame for the waste of water... So it was a cold water shower without pressure.
We did not have breakfast and fortunately because given the quality of the hotel I think it is not up to standard.
For 130€ a night run away!
