Perfect attention to detail and warm welcome

We stayed one night with small dog. Lovely warm and professional hostess. Room well furnished and bed very comfortable. Unusually fine attention to many details most appreciated. View beautiful, village amazing. Will definitely return and allow more time for region and Auberge des 7 Tours.

not good and appalling welcome

Home execrable limit hello
We had the Impression of disturbing
Waitresses was borderline insulating and don't mention the menu
Infectious wine despite pointing out to the waitress the answer was normal it's the wine on the menu
Very basic meal limits bad food
Accepts no comments and responds in the sense of being the best restaurant in the village
Only the frame was correct
To flee absolutely
Never questions itself and responds to the negative review as if it were the customer's fault
Do not forget in the catering business that the customer is king and I talk about it knowingly to work there for many years
No need to answer my review because it will not be read.

June 12.18.Martel

I wished I had stayed here for a few days. I LOVED it. It was so quaint. The countryside was beautiful. The old village with the old church - very close. We were two people with two beds, but had a separate let ante-room - and separate shower and toilet room. Loved it. The meal was wonderful. I had my introduction to foie gras paired with a sweet white wine. I would highly recommend this place.

OLD FASHIONED SERVICE

Only stayed here because our usual B&B was full.
Very comfortable bed with lovely linen. Piping hot water and pressure shower. Good towels. Excellent continental breakfast. Off-street parking in a beautiful garden.

Tucked away It's Beautiful.

Looking for a place to stay late one evening we stumbled on this Hotel tucked away in the beautiful small town of Martel. Our room not in the main building was just stunning, clean, modern yet with a feel of old France. Friendly helpful staff of which only a few spoke English however The Hotel was so nice we stayed for 3 extra days. Eating outside was very nice however in the hot evenings I suffered badly from bites so I would have much prefered to eat inside although that was not an option. The food varied and very French was well presented. Travelling through France and looking for a nice place to stay this is it. We'll certainly be back.
