We stayed two nights and it was okey there, can recommend. My bed was a bit hard, but the single bed was really soft. It was really nice to have a pool, but could have been cleaner. Staff was very nice and helpful! Breakfast was very good! Five stars overall.

Pleasant staff, but a neglected establishment (not up to a 3-star standard)

We stayed two nights in this hotel in a room for five people.
What we appreciated:
The location: Very well located between Montpellier and the beaches.
Amenities: A large free parking lot and many restaurants nearby.
Service: Friendly and truly helpful staff.
What absolutely needs to be reviewed:
The hotel clearly does not deserve its 3 stars or the usual standards of the brand.
The establishment seems to be neglected, both inside and in the outdoor green spaces.
Room comfort: Out of three air conditioners, only one was working. The sound insulation is non-existent. The television is placed on a table in the middle of the room, and the bathroom door has swollen due to humidity.
Maintenance: The bathroom light bulbs are flickering, and there is no elevator. At the front desk, the experience is a bit "low-cost" (it is up to the customer to place their own cup in the coffee machine).
The height of the stay: We are asked not to walk on the grass... I will let you judge its condition from my photos. A serious refresh is essential.

Need to ensure go to Montpellier Sud station to reach the hotel- otherwise long walk from Tram 3 and taxis are very expensive.
Once I arrived I received a warm welcome.
Room spacious, clean and tidy but no kettle nor tea/coffee making facilities. Rooms individually heated. Large television.

The hotel was great for my budget travel. I had a clean, easily accessible place to rest, and the general microwave and fridge provided helped with saving money on food. The staff was also very helpful.
