No thrills but would recommend.

The hotel was what I expected from a three star hotel, no frills, but it was clean, comfortable, had friendly and helpful staff, a decent breakfast every day with a good selection. The beds were comfortable. The ski lockers were great. The location was brilliant and offered real ski in ski out convenience. I went with friends and it was very highly regarded by all in my group. It’s not luxury but it ticked all the boxes for value, comfort and convenience for a lads trip (in our 50’s, so nothing outrageous). It was quiet at night too. Recommended.

Good Location for real ski and mountain lovers, but need more improvements in cosy and hospitality moments

Hotel with good location for skiers and mountain lovers with big BUT - need more improvements and more hospitality to show.
Breakfast very modest and same every day, without vegetables nor saleds and with no 3-4 usual continental breakfast meals - more egg-meals and other usual things.
Entering hotel - they didn’t requested our passport identification just rest of the money immediately for room-key in exchange. As we did reservations beforehand and paid 30% - this kind of receiving guests is not usual and pleasant.
Room we get was small with some strange windows above usual height level , walls need serious refurbishing and painting, toilet was probably add-on as there is just knauf in the walls and noises are loud from other rooms in every inch of the room. There was no balcony nor place for ski things to get them air especially after ski activity.
Lights in the room are all different, some older, some cold-led-white , not preferable mix. Heating in the room is just around big heating radiator and other places in the room mostly get dry air.
Ski lockers are old but ok, there are driers in every locker so 2 pairs can be there dried out. Ski depo is big and very good , they offer good and newer ski and board models.
Ski pass can be bought in hotel and you have direct access to the main gondola and other gondolas very easy, but with this location and for price offered - there should be more improvements.
Spa is like new , sauna especially, hot steam does not have shower for refreshing which is not per steam standards. Water from spa shower is not used so much economically because you need to press the button with low or higher power to get showered, instead having simple shower.
Wishing the hotel very good future and opportunity for improvements, as well good and transparent guests.

Horrible.

We didn't spend the night here.
We came from the ski slope to have a drink but they wouldn't serve us anything we asked 3 times and they sides wait a minute I come sebiet. We didn't get anything to drink so we left. Definitely not recommended.
However, recommended to read reviews first.

Overall a poorly run hotel.

In February, my school and I went on a skiing trip. For a school trip I never expected much, but I was disappointed at times. First off, the breakfast was very limited, there was not much choice. Hard cold bacon and scrambled eggs were the only protein we got for hours of skiing. When we had our morning of skiing, we came back to the hotel to have lunch, which were the most edible meals we had the entire trip. Finally, for dinner, the meals were absolutely atrocious, one night we were literally served slop. The rooms were small, but for sleep they did the job. The best thing about the hotel was the fact that the ski rentals were right inside the hotel, and we could walk out and ski off. Overall, this hotel was very disappointing.
