Excellent hotel

A well soundproofed hotel, located by the road but with parking, on-site restaurant, and a hearty breakfast, comfort in the rooms. The reception is accessible and open until late at night, pre-authorization is taken from the card on arrival, even if the night is already set. To be taken into account for his organization, apart from that, nothing negative to report.

Awful

Dirty rooms, toilet seat was broken, bar was expensive for the standard of food. The lock on my door was broken but that didn’t matter as the staff gave someone else another key to my room, they came in to my room while I was asleep! When I complained the staff didn’t apologise and said it’s not their fault. Disgusting service from a disgusting hotel. If you value your safety and privacy then book another hotel.

I was several times a 10th time in this hotel for personal reason the person takes the guests from above we ask things that are not applied as when I had asked not to take anything on my card in deposit that I will pay in cash my it was not taken into account I had problems then with my bank in short the staff of the reception this raises the fault on the other each time like children who are afraid to make it rumble I have other experience with the person who works night a man who believes this below the others and very haughty who came knocking at my room at 1am for a bank print forget briefly to flee

Access to the hotel is poorly signposted and coming from the South, you only find out at the last moment and are good for a new tour of the neighborhood.
Parking ridiculously small for the number of rooms AND PAYING (a novelty for us, regulars of the Ibis).
At the reception, after everything had been prepaid, we were asked for an imprint of the card (another novelty IBIS). The explanation was long and laborious, but eventually the employee realized that having already settled everything and not intending to have dinner at the hotel (prices high enough), we would have no other expenses to pay.
Bedroom with clean decor, tiny work table, good bedding.
