Perfect stay and impeccable service

Very nice hotel with an excellent level of service. The staff is welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is great. I recommend without hesitation

Sleepless night

Old hotel, end-of-race bedding and sheets that smell of cold tobacco, unpretentious breakfast buffet.
That said the staff was lovely.

Perfect.

The hotel is well positioned, the customer is friendly, the room was in pretty good shape, nothing important to report. The fact that the mall is next door is a plus.

I recommend

I spent two nights in this hotel and was pleasantly surprised because the reviews I had read were not very complimentary.
it was very hot and the air conditioning worked very well, the beds are comfortable and the room clean. in addition the hotel is in full commercial area which is very convenient for meals or shopping.
the staff is pleasant and attentive
the negative points are:
-no coat rack in my room
- the shower column is not well placed but it is not extremely awkward
- breakfast is limited in terms of choice
-the stairwell deserves a clean shot
going regularly to Montluçon I usually take the same AirBnB but there with the heatwave I preferred to go to the hotel for air conditioning. I think I will alternate depending on the weather
