Stay in Montpellier

Simple but essential hotel, comfortable room and more than sufficient for 3 people, additional services included such as the fenced outdoor parking and the drinking water dispenser in the lobby were very welcome. The services not included are very interesting. Tram stop a few steps away to go to the city center, large convenient supermarket and fast food in neighboring streets.

Intermediate stop on the trip.

I booked this place as an intermediate stop for Barcelona. Clean room. The only downside is that no staff at the reception speaks Italian.

Disrespectful service, with inappropriate comments and disparagement towards customers. Inedible dishes!

So-called snacks, reheated with a moldy appearance and not fresh.

Good comfort but details spoil the stay.

Easy and free parking.
Staff at reception very welcoming and helpful.
In my 1st bedroom, while I was sitting at the desk, a heavy wall panel came off the technical box and fell partly on my hand!
The front desk changed my room.
The bed is comfortable. The layout is small but good for sleeping and working on a desk. There are enough power outlets.
Although the thermostat is at a minimum and the ventilation off, the heating works 24/7!!! In the middle of the night, it was so hot that I had to remove the duvet from the sheet house to sleep that with this sheet: what a waste of energy!!!
The window is double glazed but there is a vent hatch above that lets through the street noise: totally absurd!!!
The shower floor is non-slip and it is easy to slip. There is no handle in case of a fall.
Breakfast is good quality with choice to satisfy all tastes. Except for a single bench seat, the room has only stools. Several elderly customers or with young children complained about this situation!
The employee of this service was very helpful.
