Exceptional welcome

The hotel is in its original state; one feels like returning to 1950, but that is what gives it its charm.
The room is spacious, and the breakfast is royal.
And I cannot find the words for the daytime receptionist as well as for the lady of Philippine origin at breakfast. These two people have shown a kindness that I have rarely seen elsewhere.
Top hotel, close to the train station and the city center.

Romantic and relaxing.

A lovely stay as a couple some time ago, with personalized service and a warm welcome. We particularly enjoyed the bar, its cuisine, its music, and its overall hospitality. A romantic and relaxing stay indeed!

My stay at the Hotel du Parc was absolutely magnificent. In an elegant and refined professional setting, I benefited from impeccable, attentive, and warm service. The location is ideal, offering both comfort and convenience. Every detail contributed to making this experience exceptional. I highly recommend this establishment, which perfectly combines quality, charm, and excellence.

Beautiful traditional hotel, lovely art deco styling. Room spacious and well equipped. Bar was lovely. Young lady on reception when we arrived and checked out was delightful. Location was good - walkable from the station and the centre of town.
Unfortunately neither the phone nor the safe in our room worked although the latter was fixed after a half hour delay. The worst problem was that the air-conditioning in the room was completely inadequate on an extremely hot night, although the corridors were cool.
Despite these issues we would stay in the hotel again (though maybe not in a heatwave! )

« Old France » atmosphere

We came to Mulhouse for the HolaCup, and the location of the hotel was very important for us. It was perfectly located, close to everything. Luckily, we had booked the room many months in advance because the long weekend was almost fully booked everywhere.
When booking, we really liked the exterior decoration and style of the hotel. I have to admit that when you book a presidential suite, it’s difficult to make a bad choice.
The room was excellent, with a nice living room area, a comfortable bed, and everything was very clean. The only downside was the pillows, which were quite hard and the air conditioning in the room was not working, which made the stay less comfortable. The bathroom, however, is definitely waiting for a renovation.
The hotel itself has an “old France” atmosphere. The interior decoration feels outdated, and honestly, the staff matched the spirit of the hotel: sleepy, old-style, and not particularly dynamic. Service was correct, but without any special attention or energy.
We didn’t have breakfast, and based on other comments, it seems not amazing — especially considering the price…
One thing we really didn’t understand: the hotel bar was never open during our stay! In the elevator, we saw advertisement mentioning happy hour from Monday to Thursday…isn’t it weird to be closed on Friday- Sunday ???
