Simple and effective.

Well located right next to the Mulhouse train station. Friendly staff. The room is cozy, just what is needed. Bottle of water and good breakfast. Nothing to complain about, simple and effective.

A maximum of 23 stars...

3 stars for an 11 m² student-style room...
1 large bed but barely enough room to move around, a mini desk of 0.5 m², toilet in the bathroom with a shower and minimalist sink... at least it is clean.
Wardrobe above a luggage rack, not closed...
Reception: 10 minutes before anyone attended to the customer because they also have to serve at the bar.
I show my Accor card: they are not interested... and on the website when trying to add the reservation because it is on another site (and it is specified that if it is on another site, it can be added...): it does not work...
Accor is downgrading, and the standards of the hotel industry need to be revised.
Room facing the railway track. Let's hope the traffic is minimal because the soundproofing is more than mediocre.

Good overall

The hotel is a few steps from the train station in a modern building, I find the rooms clean but the lino floor remains quite cold in terms of decoration, it feels a little hospital. For one night it remains decent, the breakfast is decent there is nothing negative to say, the top is the pressed orange juice machine, the coffee is not great.
