Great value for money in a pet friendly hotel

excellent friendly service. Room was good value for money and very clean. comfortable bed. No noise heard. Amenities were excellent. Location was great and of easy find. The hotel atmosphere was good from both staff and other guests. It was brilliant to find such a great place that is pet friendly.

Really enjoyed staying here and felt the staff were very accommodating. Hotel was comfortable and in a great location. More teas and coffees in room would be appreciated and toiletries were quite drying. NB parking is limited but other options are available close by.

Great customer service

Had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel De La Cité. Rooms were modern and clean, very comfortable beds and black out blinds ensured we had a great nights sleep too. Also a reasonably priced restaurant serving good pizza. The real highlight of our stay was the fantastic customer service we received from Miriam at the front desk. She could not have been more helpful, assisted us with parking, carried our luggage to the room and offered us drinks (and sweets for our boys). She really made the difference. Thank you!

Really helpful staff, clean rooms and it was great to have parking garage as well, even if it was extremely tight on space down there.

Room was clean and a reasonable size. Staff not too friendly at check-in but otherwise pleasant and attentive. Location around 15&20 stroll into the town centre. Limited free parking in the surrounding streets (and only 7pm-9am).
