Very beautiful experience as a couple. A very good welcome. We tested the bar and the restaurant.
Sophisticated menu and a perfect food and wine pairing.
Attentive staff.

Comfortable but decor is often kitschy, tacky, and flashy

Nothing to say regarding the comfort of the rooms, it is worthy of a 5-star: Japanese toilets, iPad, Dyson hair dryer, Krups bean-to-cup coffee machine…
The only success in terms of decoration is the hallways. The rest is often kitschy and flashy, like the completely failed reception area.
Many new pieces of furniture, replicas of antique or Asian furniture of rather poor quality that look frankly "cheap" and tacky in rooms that could have been very beautiful.
Who could have done such decor in a building that, otherwise, has a lot of character?
Restaurant with no particular interest tested at lunch and also in the evening for an aperitif dinner.
Very average quality products, the bread for example.
That did not make me want to try the breakfast.
Pleasant courtyard and attentive service, however.
If you like flashy style, go for it!

Beautiful hotel in the city of Nantes

A beautiful hotel in the middle of the city. Very spacious and special room with spacious bathroom and very nice a separate toilet. Unfortunately no parking space so you have to be in a public parking garage nearby.
