Mediocre

If you are a hiker or cyclist, do not go there. Sloping ground, 10m2 pitch, no electrical or water hookup. Restrooms 200m away. Outrageous for a 5-star hotel!

Not up to scratch for velo camping

Velo camping area very poor. Very cramped, also pitches on two way narrow hill, far from facilities and next to busy road. Facilities that are available are excellent. Also begging a persistent issue in cafe area of site.

Lamentable management

Disappointing end to our stay due to a total lack of consideration from management. A tree fell right next to our mobile home, an event that was already stressful in itself.
Instead of ensuring the well-being and safety of the guests after this incident, the manager shone by his lack of communication. The next day, a rude awakening at 8:00 a.m. to the sound of chainsaws and the wood chipper, without us having been warned beforehand.
Safety and maintenance are one thing, but respect for guests is another. No apology, no empathy from the manager. Human management clearly needs to be reviewed. On the other hand, the staff is very nice on average.

I will not return.

Quite disappointed for the price, overheated mobile home. Yes, it's a heatwave, but airing it out before arrivals would be a plus!
Sheets provided were clean but had hair on them… no shower products.
Well-located for discovering Nantes but ultra noisy (roads on both sides, even if you can't see them from the accommodation, you can clearly hear the traffic in the evening and at night) especially when you have to leave it open to hope for a little coolness.
Dirty patio furniture.
Small pool.
Tiny playground for children.
If I had to do it again, I would choose a hotel at a lower cost.

Not really interested in what Customers want, just what's cheap to provide

We stayed here before as the accommodation is fine, but because this is France they don't open the on site swimming pool until July 1st, irrespective of 40C temperatures. The bar only opens at 4pm so there's nothing available during the day, as that's also where the on site supermarket is, if you can call it that. No bread, no fresh milk.
Plus the high temperatures mean that they feel it's too hot to cook pizza or fries, removing 70% of the menu!
This place should be a gold mine with a captive audience day in and day out, but nobody seems keen on the idea of providing what Customers need.
