Incredible building and location.

The location of the Radisson Blu in Nantes is really perfect - right down town with easy access to everything. The building itself is truly impressive - a converted Court House, quite imposing but tastefully transformed. The service was generally good - we had a couple of problems due to the hotel experiencing refurbishment during our stay, but the hotel representatives responded professionally and quickly which is the real measure of service. Recommended.

Bad choice!

Yes, we made a bad choice. Our stay was ruined by air conditioning that was below par.... Set to the minimum temperature offered, namely 19°, with the ventilation pushed to the maximum, the expected service is absolutely not effective. We changed rooms and it is the same. So, it is a "rip-off" (to be trivial) because I am exasperated by poor sleep. It is intolerable for a 4-star hotel.
On the other hand, the rooms are very decent in terms of their space, their amenities, and cleanliness.
The breakfast is very decent. The products are fresh and the selection is interesting.
The hotel itself is very pleasant and original due to its original purpose (former courthouse).
The staff is friendly.
Everything was very good except for the air conditioning, which is so precious in this tropical heat. Nevertheless, I like it so much when everything is perfect or almost, and here that was not the case. We will not be coming back, therefore.

Everything was perfect except the city decided to replace pipes outside the hotel raising a big racket starting at 6 am in the morning.

Disappointing

I stayed in this hotel on the night of June 27 or 28, 2026. Very beautiful hotel, however a big problem with room 211, the connecting door was not soundproof, I could hear all the neighbors' conversations and then their intimacy until the alarm at 6:55 a.m. which rang 7 or 8 times, I even thought at first that this alarm was mine as our rooms were practically one.
In short, I will not return.

Room was very nice and the building was the former Hall of Justice. Such an amazing building!
