Very pleasant camping

We had an excellent stay at this camping. The available spots are spacious, pleasant, and of very good quality. A big thank you to the staff, who are truly very welcoming, smiling, and friendly, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.
The facilities are impeccable and very clean at all times of the day, which is particularly appreciated.
We recommend this campsite without hesitation and will gladly return.

Quiet campsite with some room for improvement

The campsite is very quiet.
However, youth groups have been there over the long WE, which have disturbed the peace somewhat. Football was played and the ball was kicked against the car and caravan before. The showers are pretty down. No electricity in the sanitary area. The water could not be regulated while showering. It was either cold or very hot. In the evening, there was only cold water for washing. There was no light in the toilets at night, except for a ladies' room. Toilet paper ran out from time to time. The campground with its facilities is not up to the high number of pitches. Almost all pitches are uneven and slanted. However, the price of about 23€ per night is reasonable. But 6€ flat rate for electricity is already sappy.
The atmosphere among the campers was very good, except for alternative groups who are still sitting around the campfire at 300C and smoking the campsite.
Great was also that a boule or petanque place was nearby. Neuf-Brisach as a place offers an interesting museum of street art, not good restaurants and shops.
The Saturday market is small but highly recommended.
Despite all the grievances, we felt comfortable according to the circumstances.

4 days asking for assistance for a damage caused by us and immediately reported without receiving any.
After 4 days in which we asked for the amount of the damage in order to be able to compensate him (being constantly told that they did not know because the central management did not receive answers) we received the invoice after 1 hour that we had left for a crazy amount.

No more than two stars

Week spent in a tent. Location free of choice. But be careful, you have to have a long cable if you want to benefit from electricity. Campsite well placed to go see the surrounding municipalities and make Europa park. The thing that for us was a big blackout during our stay was the sanitary facilities. I agree with some comments that it would have been wiser to redo proper sanitary facilities rather than focus on a pool that is not even finished finally! Some people in motorhomes are not very respectful because their emptying of their own sanitary facilities is a real disaster (feces that litter the ground and a campsite employee who has to clean everything with a Karcher)!!! By many usable toilets available which was a real problem.
