Perfect stay in Vauban!
A real favorite for this establishment! The comfort is impeccable, the cleanliness exemplary and the person in charge of cleaning is simply remarkable – discreet, efficient and always smiling.
I stayed in the “Blaye” room which I highly recommend: spacious, warm, very comfortable and equipped with a quality kitchen.
It feels good at home, with a touch of elegance and calm that makes all the difference. Great Congratulations to Marie for the Quality Service.

Be careful with the credit card.
First of all, I would like to point out that I received a message the evening before my arrival stating that our credit card could not be charged. The message stated that the last four digits of the credit card were incorrect. However, that was not my number.
I had seen shortly before departure that it was charged correctly.
I should have clicked a link and entered my number again.
Do that ever!
With a bad feeling, we drove to the neighboring town to our accommodation in Germany and to the police.
There we were told that it was an attempted credit card fraud.
Everything was done correctly!
Since all of this came through our landlord's account, we informed her. You seem to not care about this. We should contact Booking.com.
According to the police, this does not help. Investigations take weeks, and the IP address would no longer be traceable after one week.
Negative: the wobbly wardrobe in the kitchen. For us older people, a bistro table is not suitable at all.
The bathroom is completely open, and there is no privacy.
The TV is not suitable for German-speaking people, only French channels are available.

Nice studio but watch out for concerts
While in the area for the weekend, we stayed in the Mont Louis studio. The studio is very clean and well equipped and there is free parking not far away.
While the first night was very good, the second was quite disastrous and not relaxing at all. Indeed, it is important to point out that the studio is adjoining the bar next door. The latter organizing a rock party, it was impossible for us to sleep until the evening ended around 1am. The room overlooking the room is as if you were at the concert. We can’t imagine summer... This is a point to take into account when booking.

Average apartment. Location fine. Furnishing dated.
The apartment is disappointing. Old chairs that have traces of use. Dated establishment.
Bed seems okay.
Definitely not a 9. It is very hot no air conditioning or fan present. Garden chairs are small rusted hard chairs. In the apartment no cutting board available to cut vegetables. You can only use one of the 2 burner hobs at a time. No salt pepper or oil present. ,2 coffee capsules also a little meagre.
The place is ideal but no comfort in apartment. For me, a little 7. Nice that there is room for bicycle storage but otherwise not equipped for cyclists in dr kitchen.

Zu warm und schrecklich laut
Das Guesthouse liegt an einer Hauptstraße. Im EG eine Schlachterei und eine
schrecklich laute Bar. Wir waren 3 Nächte hier. Schlafen und Lüften nur ab 2.00 Uhr
möglich, bis der Verkehr wieder los geht. Keine Klimaanlage, also sehr warm und
stickig in den Zimmern. Wir hatten die Studios BRIANCON und MONT LOUIS im
1. Geschoss. Nicht zu empfehlen, weil im Sommer durch die Bar unbewohnbar.
