Very pleasant hotel.

2 nights in this hotel related to a business trip.
Hotel very well located, 8 minutes from Nice and 15 from Saint Laurent du Var.
Very convenient access, parking underneath the hotel.
22 euros per day.
Regarding the hotel, nothing to complain about: very friendly reception, clean hotel, spotless room, top-notch bedding.
I recommend it to you.

The hotel is located in industrial area. There is nothing around, except transportation. The hotel itself has very dirty dusty carpets. Would not recommend if you have allergies. The AC does not work well in the room did not get cold and the breakfast was OK.

I booked two rooms at this hotel, and our stay turned into a major disappointment from the moment we arrived. The reception staff were extremely rude, unhelpful, and far from welcoming.
Without any prior explanation, both of our rooms were assigned as accessible rooms, even though this had not been requested and the room layout did not match our reservation expectations. We therefore asked to cancel our booking and leave the hotel, but the hotel refused to allow this.
After I contacted Expedia for assistance, the hotel suddenly informed us that two standard rooms were available and transferred both of our rooms. This strongly suggested that standard rooms had been available from the beginning but had not initially been offered to us. The lack of transparency and a credible explanation completely undermined our trust in the hotel.
There was no minibar in the rooms, and not even complimentary drinking water was provided. The breakfast was one of the poorest I have ever encountered at a hotel, with extremely limited and low-quality choices. Most surprisingly, even a boiled egg was not included in the breakfast and was being sold for an additional charge.
I expected far more professional, transparent, and guest-focused service from an international brand such as Holiday Inn Express. Because of the rude reception staff, the questionable room allocation, the lack of even basic in-room amenities, and the extremely inadequate breakfast, I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

I would not recommend any disabled people to use this Hotel as the car park is inaccessible after the dark and miles away from the hotel

The air conditioning did not work well at all. Had a front desk employee come up to the room to check on it. He pushed buttons and said the air was now coming out and it would cool down but it only got about 1 degree cooler. The internet did not work in my room either. Upon checkout I did have a helpful employee who directed me to the tram to the airport
