A really nice and central hotel in the heart of Nice just behind Place Massena. It’s not very big but the rooms are clean and the personnel is super friendly. This was my third time in this hotel because it’s a friendly and central experience and very affordable too.

Close to the beach and old town. The room was clean, showers good and cleaning / staff really good. The AC works well.
Downside is that that it on the outside looks like a motel / lower rating hotell.
Can still recommend it if there ary any who wants to be close to the beach and old town aand wont spend a large amount of time at the hotel.

I was very happy with the staff at this hotel and my room was spacious and clean. It was very nice that I was allowed to check in early and that I was provided with free drinks and a snack in the room! The only things I did not like was that there were suspicious big, black spots on the roof inside the bathroom, possibly mold? Also the view from the room was a bit ruined by them doing some construction but that is probably out of the hotel’s control. Overall I am happy with my stay and would come back!

Centrally located with plenty of cafe's, bistros, supermarkets within easy walking distance. I'd stay there again.

Extremely average
We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Hotel Le Seize - great location! The room was small and basic but we expected this for the price. Despite having quite low expectations we still feel there are areas for improvement. The air con was poor - we both felt extremely hot still at night! The hotel lift is tiny and therefore not very accessible when you have a pram! The biggest negative for us was the breakfast which we paid extra for. The breakfast room itself is tiny and has no windows meaning it’s not very inviting! The choice of food is also limited and I wouldn’t say there is a ‘buffet.’ We actually chose not to eat at the hotel in the end as it just wasn’t very appetizing. As a result of these issues we wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.
