Great place to stay

TOM WRIGHT has been wonderful. He assisted me when I arrived. The hostel is very nice and is in a good location. The entire staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this hostel.

The location was great, a block and across from the train station and just off of the main road through the shopping centers. Check-in was a little difficult because you have to have two different access codes to get through the doors and up to the second floor where the hostel is. I wish the bunk beds had curtains for privacy, but the bedding was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. It was a very quiet location overall and included lockers (though not large enough to fit a carry-on bag).

No bed bugs in room 8, I think at least. It wasn't really clean and the beds were squeaky. The staff however was so friendly and helpful. Poor ventilation in the rooms. It was like a sauna in the morning. I think ut would probably be good for a night or two (I stayed for 5 nights).

Insults to staff

The manager is insulting!!! Screams and lowers the number! Stop him!! I reserved a room for one person, when I arrived they told me that I would be living with a man!!! A woman called, shouting in Russian: “Listen, for this price there is only a bed!!!”)) after which the manager came. Who insulted me and shouted.. go.. fuck... sheep!!! Go out !!!!!!! Stop them!!! I paid 2 months ago for a single room for one person, and this is a disgusting attitude, an insult to the staff!!!! Stop him!!! I paid money for the room!!! How dare the manager shout, let's go...,,,,,,, fuck off, sheep!! This hostel has no right to provide services that do not exist!!
