Very welcoming guest house

We had my niece's wedding in Nice and we were looking for a hotel where an airbnb close to the family. We were recommended this guest house. Christina the owner welcomed us very warmly with her smile and good mood. In the middle of plants and garden, we had a crush on our room. Clean, cozy, functional with its kitchenette, the bathroom with its walk-in shower, nothing to say except: zero defects! There were already products, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Coffee and tea available as well as bottled water. Bedding: soft and fresh. And what about breakfast the next morning.... Fresh baguette, croissants and chocolate bread, owl, butter and jam, multivitamin juice (perfect because I don’t like orange juice!), cheese, Nutella... perfect to start a good day. But I would especially like to add that Christina loves to receive, and it shows: always a little attention for you, advice and recommendations. We enjoyed it so much that we plan to return soon!☺️

The best choice

A pretty residence nestled peacefully in the greenery which at first glance would transport you to South East Asia, a delicious and warm hostess, a hearty breakfast, these are all the ingredients which made our short stay a great experience. We will come back

A wonderful experience

We spent two nights in this wonderful property and with immense pleasure, I want to confirm the excellent reviews that brought me here. Mrs Cristina is delightful and her advice on restaurants and attractions is precious. The room was impeccable, clean and fragrant and the breakfast was good and plentiful. Surely, if we return to Nice, we will stop by her.

Comfortable B&B with a charming hostess

A cosy B&B just a few minutes’ drive from the Promenade des Anglais, and about 15 minutes’ walk to the tram#2 which can take you along the coast. The room was nice and clean, complete with A/C (we didn’t have to use it), and a fridge. The bed is comfortable, the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, but I like it rather firm. The bathroom is small but has everything, including a good shower. We had delicious breakfasts in the garden.
Our host Cristina is oozing charm, she was extremely efficient and helpful. She explained us how to use the tram and buses and even had a rechargeable tram ticket ready. She also gave excellent tips on where to park the car, and how to get to the places we wanted to visit.

So friendly and cosy

The place is run by a very friendly Italian lady. Room is nice and clean, there is parking in front of the place. The breakfast is very nice and fresh.
Really recommand staying here when you want to visit the south of France.
