Staff is beyond hard working, accommodating, professional and welcoming! It does get very warm in the room but there is a window you can open to get fresh air. I will be more than happy to stay again.

Unfair treatment

It’s disappointing that I need to leave this review, but it’s important for other guests to know what happened.
I booked a room and, at the time of booking, clearly requested a late check-in. Only a few minutes after confirming and paying, I received a message saying that late check-in was not possible — even though my booking had already been accepted.
I immediately explained that this was unfair, as they could have declined the booking before taking payment, or offered a quick refund since this all happened within minutes. Despite this, my refund requests were refused.
When I arrived, the property was closed and I could not check in. I followed all steps to resolve this through Booking.com, but the property did not cooperate.
The issue has since been reviewed independently, and it was confirmed that my claim was valid and that they ware wrong.
It’s disappointing that Patrick & Pierre chose not to act fairly in this situation. I hope they improve their communication and booking process so other guests don’t experience the same problem.

Great location. Friendly staff. 10 minute walk to centre of town. Very accessible for wheelchair. Kettle and hair dryer provided when asked for. Good breakfasts great value. Would recommend this hotel

The staff are outstanding, really helpful and with a smile. Breakfasts are great value. 10 minute walk to colluseum. Lots of good value eateries within 15 minute walk. there is a self service launderette 5 minutes away along with small supermarket. Buses and trams stop outside the hotel. In town behind the railway station you can get buses to Avignon or Arles for 2 euro each way
