The Best Choice in Nimes, Highly Recommend

We love Nimes, and we love the L’Imperator
Staff are Excellent,
All very helpful and welcoming.
Location Excellent,
Quiet spot, just a couple of minutes walk from the shops and sights.
Facilities Excellent
Pool, Gym, Spa, a stylish well stocked Bar, and a beautiful large garden area to eat dinner or just relax.
Not to forget the Michelin restaurant!
Rooms Excellent
No matter which level you choose, they’re all very stylish and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. Bathrooms are beautiful, excellent shower, & products.
There’s even history, we just learnt that Hemingway, Picasso, & Ava Gardner had all previously stayed!
The only tiny downside is there’s no parking attached to the hotel, but to be fair it’s not an issue as the hotel does offer a valet service which is great and there is a underground car park literally opposite the hotel.
So, am sure you can see why we keep coming back.

All the staff were very attentive and made us feel very comfortable.
The establishment is perfectly located to enjoy the city without having to take the car.

Very nice, a bit formal

Very nice hotel, with an elegant setting and spacious, comfortable, and spotless rooms. Room service is excellent, fast, and very professional.
On the other hand, I found the service sometimes a bit too precious for my taste. I prefer a simpler and more natural approach, with less ceremony and bowing. However, this remains a very personal feeling. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and I recommend this establishment.

Very nice hotel with a very pleasant patio.

Very nice hotel. We had a lovely time there. The breakfast served in the patio was very pleasant. The rooms are very comfortable, especially the bathroom. The wellness area of the hotel and the gym are a great plus.

A Nice Hotel

The Maison Albar - L'Imperator is a well located and pleasant hotel. however it is not as grand as it thinks it is. It's a bit frayed round the edges. First impressions are everything so to see cupboards behind the check in staff hanging off their hinges and not closing properly is shabby. A lick of paint to keep on top of scuff marks makes all the difference. A little bit more attention to detail. staff were great!
