The bed was really comfy with lovely crisp white bedding and I had lovely views of the snow capped Pyrenees at the rear of the hotel.
The staff were very welcoming and willingly assisted with any reasonable requests.
The breakfast was excellent quality and well presented.

Dear for what it is...

I booked a room for only 1 night, arriving (at 21:30), young people from 12-14 years old (I think a rugby team) playing all around the rooms, in underwear without embarrassment screamed until 22:00 once several residents told them to calm down, then called the reception to calm them down in turn (no coach went out). Moreover to reach the room we pass everyone's rooms and as there is no air conditioning in the rooms (contrary to the description of the room) and therefore heat. As a result, everyone leaves open... A nice welcome to see everyone lying in bed in their pajamas or less... Last point, I thought I couldn't shower because the water only came out of the tap for the bathtub, every time I managed to unblock the latch, it would immediately fall...
For a night at 72 € WITHOUT BREAKFAST INCLUDED! I find really expensive!
To finish on a positive, the receptionist is very patient and very responsive and the view from the room on the fields is superb!

Bonjour je vous remercie pour votre retour. Ce week end là était en effet très chargé sur Tarbes avec beaucoup de compétitions sportives d'où le tarif qui a pu vous semblé élevé. Pour l'équipe de rugby je vous présente toutes mes excuses pour le bruit malgré plusieurs interventions de notre part. Nous avons fais part de notre mécontentement au club car les adultes encadrants n'ont pas fait leur travail. Concernant la climatisation elle est bien présente à l'hôtel mais nous sommes encore en mode chauffage la météo est bien trop capricieuse actuellement. Nous avons remplacé le mitigeur défectueux dès la lecture de votre avis d'où l'importance de vos retours. Je suis contente qu'au moins l'accueil et la vue sur les montagne vous ai plu. J'espère vraiment que vous nous laisserez une deuxième chance lors d'un prochain séjour dans la région.

Hotel top
Super welcome, clean rooms and quiet place
Ideal for recharging.
We came to see a show on Pau and we slept at this Inn.
The staff is very friendly and available.
Sweet and dirty breakfast so choice and the view of the snowy mountains what to say is splendid

Nice discovery

Clean and spacious room
Small attention with a ballot of.candy
Kettle available as well as tea and coffee
Very comfortable bedding and cushions
The bathroom is a bit old but spacious and clean
Very welcoming staff
