Beautifull place and accomodiation
This was an excellent place to stay. Exactly what we were dreaming on. To be on side of tourist crowds. House looks excactly as on hotel pictures, hosts very welcoming and helpfull. Their suggestion for visiting places and having dinner were excellent. See view from pool or sunrise on terase when having delicious breakfast will stay in my memories.

Luxurious accomodations in an incredibly beautiful setting
We just returned from a magical week's stay at Villa Menuse. Since we needed 6 rooms, we booked the Villa as a holiday rental. From the initial email through the entire trip, the owners, Marian and Nicolas, have been sensational. When we arrived at the Villa, we were all blown away. The pictures, as beautiful as they are, do not do this Villa justice. It is beautifully designed, immaculately decorated and in the most picturesque setting.
We booked the Villa Menuse for a family vacation celebrating two momentous birthday milestones. The accommodations could not have been any better. Each person had an elegant room with en suite bathroom and wonderful outdoor terraces. The living spaces (kitchen, dining room, study, living room) are stunning. The magnificent panoramic views go from the surrounding hills/mountains to the Mediterranean. Waking up each day to breakfast on the patio, overlooking the surrounding landscapes and sea, was perfection!!
We have traveled extensively and stayed at many 5 star hotels and this experience rivals them all!!
If you are looking for a holiday Villa in the South of France or a B&B, you must stay at the Villa Menuse!!!

Hidden Gem
Nestled in the hills above the dazzling blue waters of the Côte d’Azur, in the beautiful little town of Opio, you’ll find the wonderful Villa Menuse, the perfect French holiday hideaway.
My husband and I spent 5 nights here recently and loved everything about it. From the generous breakfasts, to the lovely room to the gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the hill towns.
But it’s the hospitality you receive from Maryann, the villa’s owner that merits the five star review. She and her husband Nicolas have created a kind of oasis that is not always easy to find.
If you want to experience the sheer beauty of this region and enjoy the warmth of a personal touch, I highly recommend a visit to Villa Menuse.

A beautiful place to stay
We stayed here with another couple for two nights. This is a beautiful property with nice rooms and comfortable beds and everything, including the rooms, is exceptionally clean and well cared for. Good (free) wifi and good 4G. Secure parking but in any case the whole area felt very safe. An absolutely stunning swimming pool and terrace and it was great to enjoy a nice breakfast on the terrace. Our hosts Nicolas and Marianne did everything they possibly could to make our stay enjoyable. The property is within easy reach of Nice airport (though not bothered by significant aircraft noise) so it makes an ideal "weekend break". There have been one or two comments on this property being hard to find but the exact location is on both Google maps and Apple maps so we found it very, very easy indeed just following directions on IPhone.. You do need a car to enjoy this property as it is not on main routes for public transport. Several very good restaurants within just a few minutes drive. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Perfect Venue for our large group!
We spent a week in Provence at Villa Menuse. We spent a good hour trying to find the place so make sure you get clear directions. Our group consisted of 8 adults and 9 children ages 10-15. It was a picture venue for us. The villa is as nice as the photos. The scenery is breath taking. We rented through Scott Dunn. The kitchen staff were fantastic and the food was always fine dining. The service was also 5 stars. The staff were fun and nurturing with the kids. They were a great example to them as well. They also provided a nanny for the week. She was very attentive and fun for the younger kids. The pool was perfect. We did lose power on a few occasions when more than one hair dryer was used. The property manager responded in a reasonable time to reset the circuit breaker.
