Objekt Camping Riva Bella nalazi se u gradu 'Ouistreham', na 2,2 km od znamenitosti Plaža Plage La Redoute i 15 km od znamenitosti Botanički vrt Caen, te ima smještaj s klima-uređajem i pristupom vrtu sa sezonskim vanjskim bazenom.

A great 10 day trip
Great caravan, very spacious and very clean. No oven, just hobs, microwave and bbq.
The campsite itself it’s smaller than others I’ve stayed in but I think that’s nice. Pools are very clean, open at 10 and close at 7. No food or drinks allowed at poolside and no shoes to be worn. This campsite allows swim shorts. Pools are very clean.
Bar and restaurant have great food and drink, all fresh. Not a lot of choice. Ben who works in the bar is great, he works so hard and nothing is too much.
There is 2 grocery stores across the road which is very handy. And the beach is a ten minute drive away.
All in all we had a great 10 days there,

Disappointing stay
4* campsite, but I wonder why so many?
Dirty restrooms, dirty shower, plus freezing cold or scalding hot water! The overall maintenance clearly leaves something to be desired. The pool area is small and everyone does whatever they want there. The photos are misleading. We will not be coming back. We went to a "real" 4-star hotel two weeks before and it is absolutely not comparable.
(Note the campers who respect nothing and cross through the plots day and night screaming; it's impossible to sleep before 2 a.m.)

Nos équipes d'entretien appliquent un programme de nettoyage rigoureux tout au long de la journée pour maintenir les blocs sanitaires propres et veiller au confort de tous. Toutefois, lors des périodes de forte fréquentation, des incivilités ou une utilisation très intensive des installations peuvent impacter temporairement l'état des lieux et faire varier la température de l'eau avant nos prochains passages.
Concernant la tranquillité sur les parcelles et l'ambiance autour du bassin, le confort collectif repose sur le respect de chacun. Nos équipes restent mobilisées pour faire respecter le règlement intérieur, de jour comme de nuit, et nous accentuons nos démarches de sensibilisation afin de préserver la quiétude du domaine. Par ailleurs, nos visuels ont pour objectif d'illustrer fidèlement l'aménagement global et le cadre de nos espaces communs.
Vos remarques nous permettent d'adapter nos interventions au quotidien. Nous espérons que vous garderez quelques doux souvenirs de votre passage chez nous et serions ravis de vous accueillir de nouveau pour vous faire vivre une expérience pleinement satisfaisante.

Quiet and pleasant campsite.
Affordable campsite, close to the D-Day landing beaches.

Mixed feelings
Really good site second time here and found second dispointing not because of the site that was great the restaurant great swimming for kids great ,, my conplait is the selfish people who take sunbeds up with towels and not use them for hours , when people would like the opportunity to use them shouldn't be allowed i saw life guard looking but nothing done,,, maybe if they are not there they shouldn't be allowed to do the above , also letting rowdy people on a family site is disgusting rowdy drunk swearing obnoxious

Big disappointment – definitely not worth 4 stars
Last Monday we arrived at Camping Riva Bella for a stay of 10 days. Unfortunately we left this morning, after only 6 days. The holiday unfortunately ended in a big disappointment.
To start with the positive:
* Our stay in a Coco was neat, clean and equipped with everything we needed.
* The pool is small and simple, but for the children fine.
Unfortunately, the negative points for us far outweigh:
* Sanitary: the toilets were extremely dirty. The showers were also far from clean. Hairs in the shower wells were abundant.
* Camping shop: the word ‘shop’ is rather broad as far as we are concerned. The range is very limited; our pantry at home is even larger.
* Bar staff: the service was downright substandard. An employee literally said: “You don’t speak French and I don’t speak English, so we don’t understand each other.” Of course, we understand that not everyone speaks several languages, but from someone who works in the hospitality industry at an international campsite, you can expect at least some customer friendliness and willingness to help.
* Bike rental: this was a total drama. On Wednesday we wanted to rent bikes, but according to the employee all bikes were defective and in maintenance. We find this very strange, especially in the middle of the high season and since bicycle rental is offered as a facility on the website. We were told that bikes would be available again from Friday. However, when we wanted to rent bikes on Saturday, we were told: “Sorry, we don’t rent bikes on Saturdays.” After a good discussion and because we had become quite angry, we were allowed to rent a bike.
Contact with the Homair telephone representative has unfortunately not improved our experience either. In our opinion, there was little sign of expertise, solving ability and customer friendliness.
All in all, we are very sorry that our holiday went this way. A campsite can always have setbacks, but the combination of poorly maintained sanitary facilities, limited facilities, poor service and conflicting information has caused us to cut short our stay prematurely.
As far as we are concerned, Camping Riva Bella is definitely not worth 4 stars. We expected a very different holiday from this and would not recommend this campsite based on our experience.

Fijn dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw bevindingen over uw verblijf op Camping Riva Bella met ons te delen. We zijn erg blij om te lezen dat uw accommodatie in onze Coco tent keurig en schoon voor u klaarstond en dat het zwembad bij de kinderen in de smaak is gevallen!
We betreuren het echter oprecht dat het verloop van uw vakantie door andere aspecten is beïnvloed en dat u uw verblijf voortijdig heeft afgebroken. De hygiëne van ons sanitair en de gastvrijheid van onze teams vormen de kern van onze dagelijkse prioriteiten. Onze medewerkers voeren gedurende de hele dag regelmatige schoonmaakrondes uit, al vraagt de drukte in het hoogseizoen ook om een fijne samenwerking met onze kampeerders. Wat betreft de communicatie aan de bar en de faciliteiten zoals de winkel en de fietsverhuur, doen onze teams dagelijks hun uiterste best om al onze internationale gasten met enthousiasme te verwelkomen en soepel te ondersteunen bij het huren van materiaal.
Onze teams op de camping en van de klantenservice staan altijd klaar om ter plaatse mee te denken en direct bij te sturen waar nodig. Uw opmerkingen helpen ons om de kwaliteit van onze voorzieningen en service continu te blijven verfijnen. We wensen u en uw gezin een heerlijke voortzetting van de zomer en het allerbeste voor uw toekomstige reizen!
