We loved the hotel concept! Each unit has its own kitchen and living room shared with three guest bedrooms. The staff were excellent—very friendly and welcoming!
Our only issue was the shower door in Room 502: the bottom seal strips were broken, and the door needs a little oil to stop the loud squeaking. An easy fix! Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

My review of this place was amazing until they were completely unresponsive to my request for city tax refund. I was only one person staying but they charged for two people, and asked I follow up via email. I followed up via email and whatsapp three times, with still no answers (its been a week+). It’s not expensive, just 25 euros but how they handled the matter is unprofessional and felt ignored.
Def doesn’t feel like four star/ only automated responses.

Much larger than your average stay in Paris with well appointed apartment. A few bits broken and cleaning a bit rushed but a super place to stay as a family. Area great and front desk super helpful. Breakfast pretty basic but I’d definitely return, especially as a family or a group of friends.

Everything about this hotel was above what we expected. The rooms and bathroom were large, beautifully decorated and everything was in perfect condition. My husband and I were ill and spent the entire day in bed. We were grateful that if we had to spend the day in bed, it was at this hotel.The staffed helped us whenever they saw an opportunity to do so. They even gave us little gifts for our 2 grandchildren. The breakfast was excellent with freshly made omelettes and freshly baked croissants.
I would highly recommend this hotel and if we come back to Paris I would stay there again.
