My daughter and I recently took a mother-daughter trip and stayed at 52 Clichy. We were nervous about traveling abroad, but Rosemary was a wonderful hostess who immediately eased those concerns. She went above and beyond by offering recommendations tailored to our interests and schedule, as well as suggesting the best modes of transportation to help make our commutes easier. One of the most thoughtful touches was having metro passes already loaded and ready for us to use upon arrival, which made navigating the city so much less stressful.
She also provided a lovely breakfast each morning. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. It was an added bonus to be able to do our own laundry during our stay.
We are truly grateful for the hospitality Rosemary showed us and would happily recommend her to friends and family.

My stay at 52 Clichy was one of the most memorable and memorable moments of my trip to Paris.
Rosemary is a wonderful host who is so warm, kind and secure. They gave us practical and thoughtful advice from before we arrived to during our stay, tailored to our itinerary and circumstances. Rosemary helped me feel safe when I had any concerns or problems along the way.
Breakfast every morning was one of the pleasures of my stay. Rosemary was also very flexible about breakfast times and kindly adjusted them to our schedule. On the day we left early in the morning, even before the bakery opened, they prepared a picnic-style breakfast, and I really appreciated their thoughtfulness. The conversation I had with Rosemary at breakfast time also made my stay in Paris warmer and more memorable.
52 Clichy is very conveniently located in the heart of Paris, but the inn was quiet and calm, and I felt safe. Thanks to Rosemary 's consideration, I was also able to spend some private time with her support when I needed it.
For Paris visitors, 52 Clichy is not just a place to stay, but a warm base from which to enjoy your journey with peace of mind. Thank you so much, Rosemary .

My best stay in Paris thanks to Rosemary and her fantastic B&B. And I've been to Paris 5 times so far.
Our 10-day stay in Paris at the beginning of May 2025 was simply fantastic thanks to Rosemary and her B&B. The accommodation (bedroom & bathroom & toilet were exclusive to us) under the roof was very clean, practical and comfortably furnished. We slept very well in the beds. Breakfast was lovingly prepared by Rosemary every day with fresh fruit, yoghurt, various jams and other very tasty spreads (e.g. nougat). A very special highlight: the fresh, crispy croissants! As a foodie, I appreciate good food and these croissants tasted wonderful.
In addition, Rosemary's very helpful, communicative, likeable and friendly nature is a unique gift. Just ONE example: You need help booking a ticket to a museum - just ask Rosemary. You will always receive the best possible help.
With all these advantages of this accommodation in a quiet and well-kept location in Paris, you can simply feel very comfortable.
Finally you can reach three different metro lines in just a few minutes on foot (M2 Place de Clichy, M4 Trinité – d'Estienne d'Orves, M11 Liège).
Conclusion: 5 stars deluxe with a crown of sympathy on top!

52 CLICHY - The perfect place to stay in Paris
We spent a few days at 52 CLICHY in September. We had been recommended by friends and we were very impressed with what we received. The location is first rate with easy access all over Paris and a first class service from Rosemary on how to get to places. The flat is situated in a modern block with every amenity you would want. The rooms are large and the bed very comfortable. There is no road or other noise because the block is set 50 metres back from the road. Everything is spotlessly clean and it is excellent value for money.
Rosemary is the perfect hostess and goes to great lengths to ensure that you get the most from your stay. She is a mine of information on all aspects of Paris including what to see and do, how to get there and what the cost should be. Her restaurant recommendations are first class and cover all price ranges.
Sitting out on the balcony enjoying a leisurely first class breakfast is a memory that we treasure, with all food purchased fresh each day.
We cannot recommend a stay at 52 CLICHY too highly and look forward to returning in the future.

A great find!
A fantastic second stay at 52 Clichy - an ideal spot for getting around Paris. It is clean, safe and perfectly located.
The apartment is a great size with plenty of wardrobe space and hangers and we loved having our own kitchen to cook in when we wanted to.
It is Rosemary though who is this property's secret weapon - full of proper practical help, a huge source of information and an above and beyond service that we were very grateful for. Can't wait to visit again!
