An excellent stay

2-star hotel equivalent to 3 stars. Excellent value for money, the breakfast is very complete and the staff is very attentive and responsive to requests. I highly recommend it for a stay in Paris. Right next to Montmartre

Not great

budget hotel but very rough area. Went as a group of girls and couldn’t be out after dark as we would get harassed and we are from Dublin so it takes a lot to spook us. Few mysterious stains on the floor and the staff kept knocking on our door before check out Or to come in even if we had the dnd sign up. Bathroom also tiny but we had a cute balcony. Unfortunately a very noisy hotel and extremely thin walls I could hear our neighbours TikTok’s when I was in bed. Could find nicer for same price

Great little hotel, rooms look newly refurbished, within a few minutes walk of Gare du Nord. We stayed there twice, once when we first arrived in Paris and again prior to departure. Although ten days apart on both dates the other guests were very noisy during the night, even at 3-4.00 am😂. Sometimes in their rooms, and on the stairs chatting , whilst smoking I believe, otherwise why would you be standing there at that time for 30 mins talking.

A very acceptable stay

We wanted an affordable hotel for our last minute trip and I spotted this place. I read the reviews and thought ok, it seems reasonable. I can now say it exceeded my expectations. It is very clean and tidy. The room had everything you need - even a kettle! The shower was very good and there is liquid soap in there. There's no aircon but instead there is a big fan in the room that did a great job. The breakfast was lovely and served the biggest pain au chocolat I've ever seen. There are also yogurts, cereal, french bread, cheeses etc. it is close to the metro and very easy walking distance to Sacre Couer and Gare du Nord. The area at the top of the road gets a little interesting after dark but that's like most cities and no one bothers you. I was very satisfied with our stay here. Merci to the staff!

Seem not very safe around the metro station during night time, but there are lots of restaurants surrounding and a very vibrant area.
