Good value for money for the area.

The hotel is located in an area that appears a bit busy, but they make an effort, and the attention from all the receptionists compensated quite a bit, as well as their kindness in making space in the lobby to store our luggage until check-in and after check-out. The elevator is small (only two people or one with two 23 kg suitcases stacked) and somewhat uncomfortable to use (I estimate it is 90x90 cm), which we had to do in three trips; however, the family room (we were four people) was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. They have a desk that helped me connect to my class in the early morning! The bathroom was nice and sufficiently spacious. I liked the color of the interiors they used.

Great hotel , lovely staff but unsure on loaction

I had the most lovely stay , the rooms were modern clean and the staff really friendly. The hotel is less than minutes walk from Paris du Nord station and 2 mins to tube so easy access. The safe in our room didn't work I did ask for it to be fixed and promised the day but it wasn't and as we only had one more day so I didn't ask about it again. Inside the hotel we felt safe but outside the hotel in the evening was not very nice. We made sure to get a Uber back when out which worked well for us because I wouldn't want to walk around late at night. But this isn't the hotels fault. The hotel was nice , the beds comfortable, the rooms cleaned daily , the reception staff really friendly, offered breakfast but we didn't try. Was quiet inside and when were were there in the hart wave gave us 3 fans for our room. Very helpful. Travelling as 2 women 2 teenage children

Big disappointment

I want to highlight how impossible it was to sleep for 3 days, because of the noises of a street not recommended. Shouting, fighting, drunkenness and arguments. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us in any way possible, but the situation of this hotel is very bad.

Spacious, comfortable, and clean

What I liked:
I really enjoyed my stay overall. The room was very spacious, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing. The bed was especially comfortable, and both the shower and the closet were very nice and well-designed. Everything was always clean and tidy, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning every day. The room also had great natural sunlight, which made a big difference. On top of that, the price was very good for what you get.
What I didn’t like:
The building is a bit old, and you can hear some noise when people walk around, as the floors tend to creak. However, at night it was actually much quieter than I expected. Even though the street outside is quite busy, the noise level was very manageable. Occasionally you might hear someone outside, but overall it was peaceful and didn’t affect my stay.
Location:
The location is very convenient, close to a metro station and near main roads that connect you easily to major attractions like the Moulin Rouge and Sacré-Cœur. That said, the area can feel a bit sketchy at night. I wouldn’t say it’s unsafe, but you do need to stay aware of your surroundings. Personally, I didn’t experience any problems—no fights or issues at all—but it’s something to keep in mind.
Overall:
A great value stay with a spacious, comfortable room and excellent location, despite a slightly older building and a neighborhood that requires a bit of caution at night.

Very nice starting point to discover Paris

Hotel personel very friendly and the hotel suited our needs as a family as a place to sleep to discover Paris. Perfect location at Mont Martre and close to the metro. Price vs value is more than okay, little remark is that the bathroom was small but very clean!
