A hotel to come back

Great hotel in a very nice neighborhood with lots of good restaurants.

Just OK

I chose the aparthotel because it has a kitchen and because it is close to the subway.
The location is really great, close to line 1 and line 8. Walking a little further than to catch the lune 6 too.
The downside is having q pay out to have room cleaning.

Pros:The apartment was very convenient for public transport, good cheap food options and supermarkets close by. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was good having a small kitchen to prepare breakfast.
Cons: The bathroom. The shower did not drain so our floor got flooded and we had to keep using the squeegee mop to try to clean up the water and it went everywhere. No proper drainage! Also, the electric stove burners did not work so well.

Wonderful and useful stay in Paris…

I stayed in this hotel due to the excellent reviews. They were confirmed by myself. Very well located, close to many metro stations. Good restaurants, supermarkets and shops in the area. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room is very comfortable. The kitchenette inside helps a lot. The neighbourhood is very quiet and nice. I really enjoyed my time there.

Good value for money

Good establishment with good value for money for Paris.
Impeccable cleanliness, both common areas and bedroom.
The neighborhood is nice, 2 metro lines nearby including line 1 very convenient for a tourist stay; many bars, restaurants and supermarket nearby.
The room: decent size. Kitchenette properly equipped, sponge and product provided for washing dishes, as well as a dish towel.
Comfortable bedding.
Presence of a hair dryer and shower gel.
A mini flat: lack of shelves or spaces to put your things in the bathroom.
Bring earplugs if you are not used to sleeping in the city.
Please note that the TV must be updated, many DTT channels have changed.
In summary I recommend this establishment, very good compromise between minimum comfort and correct price, we had a good stay.
We did not test the breakfast.
