Very good for the price

Well-located hotel 30 minutes from the Stade de France, with parking [€20], room very well laid out, upgraded to a triple suite due to an availability error.
Well-stocked breakfast.
Friendly and professional staff.

Very special mood - retro sporty!

Cosy hotel with retro- mood ambient. Very keen and professional staff. Clean wide room, while bathroom not so comfortable (sort of box). Silent. Breakfast very basic self service under the expectation vs the rest of the hotel. The district is not really the best in Paris but much more “clean” then in the past.

No air conditioning available and this is lied about!

Attention: false advertising! The hotel does not have (working) air conditioning and that is advertised and was mentioned on our booking confirmation. We had specially selected for this because there was a heat wave in Paris. We unfortunately did not get what we paid for and are therefore forced to check out with our 3 children after a bad and hot night. Now the hotel refuses a refund of the 3 remaining and therefore unused nights! This is hallucinatory: if you offer air conditioning through Booking.com, I expect to get that as a customer. So pure deception and then again refusing to pay back...
When I checked in in the morning, I had asked if the air conditioning definitely worked: yes, they said, and “if it’s not enough for you, you can come get a fan.” But it didn't work at all, and they knew that very well. If they had just been honest, I could have found another hotel. Judging by the reviews, they knew for at least 2 weeks that the air conditioning was not working. Disgraceful!

Bad

Bath is a plane size bathroom very small, bath tub in other room smell, this place DO NOT HAVE A/C if you are planning to go in the summer be prepared to be in hell, people was begging for a fan in the reception, metro station close but u have to pass a bridge homeless under the bridge asking for money

The hotel was sold out and the air conditioning didn’t work in my room. They did not have a technician available to fix it. It became unbearable and made it very difficult to sleep. They offered a fan to help but no other resources were offered. It was so hot that none of us could sleep.
