Perfect.
The staff is very friendly and very helpful. A very good smell is present at the hotel reception. Our room was clean and perfect. A calm and warm atmosphere makes you want to stay there! We will return with great pleasure

Nice hotel great location
Great location and lovely hotel
The location was excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from the Louvre and many other great attractions. The area felt very clean and safe, and the hotel itself was spotless. The staff were polite and welcoming, and the breakfast was wonderful.
We stayed in a Superior Room on the third floor. The room had a good amount of space, although the bathroom could have offered a little more privacy.
Our main issue was the noise. Our room faced Rue de Richelieu, and it was quite noisy both in the morning and especially at night on Friday and Saturday. The noise actually woke us up. We later found out that there was a nightclub a few buildings away, which explained the late-night noise.
The water pressure in the shower was also quite low. Unfortunately, on our last night there was an issue with the building’s hot water, so we had to take a cold shower. The staff were apologetic, but a small gesture of compensation would have been appreciated.
Other than these issues, we had a lovely stay in Paris and really enjoyed the hotel. We would still recommend it, especially because of its fantastic location.

A perfect hotel in every way. What stood out the most was how consistently kind, welcoming, and professional everyone at the reception desk was.

Good hotel
Very nice hotel in the heart of the tourist area of Paris, two blocks from the Louvre. Good area for shopping and dining, and close to everything for walking or taking the subway.
Regarding the room, it was nice but there are three things to highlight. The first is the lack of privacy in the bathroom. It is all mirrored, with a curtain in the middle. Then, every time someone goes to the bathroom, a motion light activates, which is annoying for the person sleeping. Lastly, it did not have a mini-fridge. We experienced a heat wave of 32 degrees, and we had no way to keep drinks cold in the room.
Beyond those details, I recommend the hotel; the staff was super friendly and the area is spectacular.
