Top for five.

Reception is present, with designer furnishings in our room, a separate toilet, a room with a single bed, a sofa bed, and a double bedroom, but the shower is accessible only from the double bedroom, so those sleeping in the single room and on the sofa bed must enter the double room to use the shower. Maintenance is optimal, the staff is kind, but the safe is broken. Otherwise, a great solution in a central area.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend

I was really disappointed with this hotel. The bathroom was badly designed—the toilet was in a tiny space with no sink. The sink was outside, next to the shower, and both were poor quality.
Noise was a big problem. Loud construction right next to our room started every morning at 7:15 a.m., with drilling so loud it sounded like a fire alarm. Some nights there was noise even around 12:30 a.m., so sleeping was difficult.
Housekeeping wasn’t reliable. One day, they didn’t clean the room at all, even though I asked—they only brought a few towels. The hallways were narrow and often blocked by cleaning carts and supply bags.
There were also homeless people hanging around the entrance from morning to late at night, which didn’t feel comfortable.
Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The worst hotel ever - disgusting

The worst disappointment ever. After visiting Paris many times, I have never felt so cheated and scammed.
This is not a 4-star hotel at all — it has a few decent rooms, but others are absolutely miserable and disgusting.
Do not stay here under any circumstances

AVOID If you need your sleep.

Not a hotel. Homeless near the doorstep. Construction at the adjoining wall of the bedroom - not just construction, air hammering out tile or concrete - started at 7:15am prompt every morning - so loud the first time we thought it was some sort of fire alarm. If that isn’t bad enough, at 12:30am, hard hitting club music started either in the building or immediately adjoining, and went until 5:30am. The day staff person was clueless but polite. The night staff person was a miserable sulking woman that stayed glued to her phone and never spoke or acknowledged our existance. Housekeeping bags and supplies created a daily obstacle course in the narrow hallway. The ONLY reason I give it any score is that it’s conveniently located. If you need sleep during your trip, avoid. Staff offered zero in the way of apologies or compensation.
