Very good hotel

Well located in the 11th arrondissement. Many small restaurants nearby that are easily accessible on foot, close to the subway and a bus stop. The premium double room is a bit small but well-equipped. Very large shower, air conditioning, comfortable bed. The breakfast (optional) is decent. Helpful staff.

Good hotel, less communication and service

The room was clean and tidy, nice balcony there and well located in the rents of metro with which you can easily get to the center of Paris.
But unfortunately we also have some lesser feedback, we had to pay a deposit of 150.- which we did not know in advance (possibly this was in the small letters that I do not know but not clearly indicated). This had to be done by credit card which we do not have, the receptionist had to ask the manager how to solve it so he apped him, we had to wait a long time for that while he did not try to call. We have given several solutions ourselves. Afterwards we paid in cash but we could not get this money back immediately on the check-out day (why not know) and so came back later to get the exact money back in the same envelope. We got 114.- back instead of 150.- because we had “held up” a parking space and therefore got costs for it, when it was not. I had emailed in advance about the parking lot and how that worked but I never indicated that I was going to do it.
Otherwise it was fine and they were nice but we unfortunately did not understand the problems and why they could not be solved more easily.

Good deal.

Quality-price ratio is quite good
Small hotel well located in the 11th
Metro stations not far away.
Small rooms. Basic. But comfortable. Spotlessly clean.
Rather quiet.
Friendly and smiling staff.
I would return if needed without any problem.

Everything was wonderful. I received a very warm welcome, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Although the room was small, it was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent as well, with a great selection and quality.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Facts: staff rude and unhelpful, rooms extra tiny, mattresses old smelly and uncomfortable, the room wasn't clean: found hair in the shower. Avoid!
