Had a great experience at the hotel, staff is very accommodating, everything is very clean, good location to everything.

The receptionists are kind, but the state of the rooms are not good. The room we got had air condition and the bed was clean, which was good. However, the state of the room was not good. There were stains on the floor several places as well as on the walls both in the main room & toilet. Upon arrival both sink and shower was clogged. There was mold in the shower and the shower curtain.

This was a small bedroom and bathroom. But over all it was very clean. No bed bugs like some of the other reviews had mentioned. The carpet could be better, it does look pretty worn out. It does smell a bit of old vintage hotel. Maybe if the windows could be open more often it could be better, which i really like having the windows open anyway for fresh air. The staff was nice. I did not however like that we were charged for hotel fees way before we even got there. Typically you get charged when you check in or out. But overall it was a very nice stay. Convenient location many restaurants and things to shop for near by. Walking distance to the Eiffel tower and many places to walk to.

I stayed at Hôtel de Sèvres for four nights and, unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations.
The main issue was cleanliness. There were hairs and crumbs on the bedroom carpet, the bathroom did not feel properly cleaned, and the bedsheets were stained and smelled of sweat. A dirty towel was also left in the hallway for several hours. These are basic housekeeping standards that should be maintained regardless of how busy the hotel is.
My stay coincided with a heatwave, but the air conditioning had not been switched on before I entered the room, making it extremely uncomfortable on arrival. The walls are also very thin, so noise from neighbouring rooms and the corridor was easily heard.
I was also uncomfortable with the requirement to leave the room key at reception whenever leaving the hotel. I understand that this may be the hotel’s policy, but it felt unusual and inconvenient.
Some members of staff were friendly, but overall I did not find the team particularly warm or approachable. Given the price and location, I expected a much better standard of cleanliness, comfort and service.

Air conditioning did not work. Bed was comfortable and clean. Mold in the bathroom was horrible. no mini fridge to at least keep a cold water bottle. Very well situated in Paris
