Cordialement - Nathalie Heckel, General Manager

Thank you very much for your thoughtful review.
We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Hôtel du Jeu de Paume and appreciated the charm of our boutique hotel, as well as the warm and helpful service provided by our team. Creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest is at the heart of our hospitality.
We are also pleased that the air conditioning in your room provided a comfortable retreat during the exceptionally warm weather in Paris. Ensuring our guests can relax after a day of exploring the city is one of our priorities.
It is wonderful to know that our location on the charming Île Saint-Louis allowed you to easily reach Notre-Dame and many of Paris's most iconic attractions. We are also glad that your choir group was able to enjoy our lobby as a gathering place.
Thank you as well for your constructive comment regarding the temperature in our public areas. As our hotel is housed in a historic 17th-century building, preserving its architectural heritage sometimes limits the modifications that can be made to certain spaces. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue looking for ways to improve our guests' comfort.
We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Hôtel du Jeu de Paume on your next visit to Paris.
Warm regards - Nathalie Heckel, General Manager
