Very good

Very welcoming people and staff. We arrived early and still managed to get us our room ready 2hrs earlier than the expected arrival time. They were very accommodating especially as it was our first trip to Paris.
The room was nice and clean and plenty of fans available as it was hot.
WiFi connection was very good as we were on the 5th floor.
The breakfast was nice and simple and not too overwhelming.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a small elevator, but it doesn't inform you that some rooms are accessible by stairs after exiting the elevator. All single rooms are accessible by stairs; I only found this out when I arrived at the hotel. They didn't read the message I sent when booking, stating that I have knee problems and requesting an accessible room. They said the hotel was full and that I should have called. There were no other rooms available, and they said they would help me with my luggage, but there's only one employee at reception. There are no meals or coffee maker. The street where the hotel is located is not parked. Someone open my door twice. The cost-benefit ratio is not worth it. I will not return.

The room was not the same as the booking photo. A lot of maintenance needed. Room was quite dark and not able to open curtains or window, due to the opposite building and building work been done.
The shower and hairdryer was really old.

A quiet and nice hotel in the heart of the 5th Arrondissement!

Liked: Hotel Home Latin enjoys a very good location in a quiet and quiet neighborhood, but only one block from the much livelier Boulevard Saint Germaine with several nice bars and restaurants. It is walking distance to several attractions such as Notre Dame, Panthéon, Louvre, Café de Flore, Sorbonne, Luxembourg Park, Pont Neuf and Île de la Cité. The Seine is very close with nice walking paths and seating benches.
We loved this hotel with its nice staff, fresh, nice rooms and with a very comfortable bed, good bathroom with nice shower area and nice view towards the quiet street free from car traffic.
The breakfast room was nice and well functioning. For us there was everything needed for a good breakfast experience.
The front desk staff and the cleaning staff always greeted us friendly and the cleaning was top notch.
There are also several Metro stations and bus stops near the hotel, as well as RER station for the train to and from Charles de Gaulle Airport.
I can warmly recommend this hotel, and my husband and I will return here.
Please choose a room high up with balcony!

Terrible structure.

Truly terrible experience, we have a triple room on the sixth floor where we can't even open our suitcases. Without air conditioning and a small balcony surrounded by scaffolding. This morning at eight, the workers were looking into our room. Bathroom without a window and without a fan. You can't sleep from the heat; above the room, there is nothing, and it is not well insulated. Terrible breakfast. Entirely rejected structure.
