Excellent location The staff is kind.

It's not for people looking for modern comfort, but it's a hotel with a history and an interest.
The rooms may seem small and the amenities are minimal and disappointing for some, but the staff are all friendly and somehow relieved to return from sightseeing to the hotel. It is very conveniently located within walking distance of major tourist attractions such as the Louvre, the Orléans and the Opera Garnier, as well as nearby hop-on, hop-off sightseeing bus stops, cafes and supermarkets. This price at this location. I turn a blind eye to some oldness and narrowness.

First time visiting Paris.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in giving recommendations for restaurants. Location was great as we were first time travelers to Paris. Very walkable. Rooms and bathrooms are decent size.

This little hotel is in a great location near the Louvre with a metro station close by. My room was small (it was a single) but it was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. Everyone was very nice and helpful and there is a little market nearby to pick up groceries.

The rooms were clean. Location is wonderful and luxurious. The Hotel definitely needs an upgrade starting with the carpets of the stairwell. There is an elevator, but it only starts from floor 2 1/2 and it goes in between floors to 3 1/2 and 4 1/2. Extremely difficult if you have luggage to enter the hotel with multiple steps to get to the small lobby and then multiple steps to get to your room or the elevator. Anywhere you come out of the elevator, you will still have steps. The location is excellent and exquisite. As a friend Said you’re in the First district outside and in a much lesser district inside the hotel. Again, I wanna mention that the rooms were clean. I would not Stay here again because I cannot haul luggage up and downstairs specially historical stairs that are very difficult to maneuver. By US standards, this would be a two star.

Bedding was clean. Shower not so nice. One of the front desk employees very petulant. Great location
