Not bad but...

Ideally located 2 steps from the train station recently renovated very clean functional room can be a little small but super equipped.
I could have left 5 ⭐️ but air conditioning not accessible , too hot to sleep I left the window open .
Minimalist but decent breakfast in cellar mode. Consider installing a wifi router for this room.
I will gladly return and recommend this address to my colleagues.

Descent

I thought it was a decent place. The room was quite worn and tired-looking — I’d maybe expected a bit more from a three-star hotel.
The elevator was very small, but otherwise fine.
The soundproofing to the hallway was poor. It didn’t bother us much, though.
The receptionists were generally helpful, except for one who was unfriendly.
Otherwise a decent stay.

Extremely disappointing experience — we left within minutes of checking in. Our stay at this property lasted less than five minutes. The hotel is currently undergoing major external construction, something that was not disclosed prior to arrival. The lift is barely large enough for one person and a suitcase, and even then it only works intermittently. The condition of the rooms was unacceptable. The room we were assigned had holes in the ceiling, worn‑through carpets, and an overall dilapidated appearance. We had prepaid for the stay, but after seeing the state of the property, we immediately left to secure alternative accommodation—which, thankfully, was excellent. We contacted management with our concerns, but they have so far declined to respond. The photos online do not accurately represent the current condition of this hotel. I strongly advise caution before booking.

Not worth a 3 star!

Elevator VERY small (not recommended for claustrophobes), dirty carpet, missing a spot on the ceiling, old woodwork. Very small room, very slow shower water drainage from where water flows into the bathroom so long shower.
Room not at all soundproofed! A set of towels was missing! Only satisfaction, bedding and kindness of the staff! Breakfast ok but very limited, the manager recommends as you go;-) and then the local, ok nice cellar but the sink where the person did the dishes was overflowing everywhere, so piles of towels spread on the ground, a toilet right next to where we will pour the excess water and flush while you lunch! The advanced state of disrepair of some cabinets ...

The staff is very polite and spoke fluent english. They also have very affordable airport shuttle options.
