Please avoid this hotel - I wish I had read all the one star reviews saying how bad this hotel is from 5 years ago.

Black mouldy shower head, mouldy ceiling and grouting in drain smelling tiny bathroom, very hot in summer, noisy banging doors, thin curtains, flashing hotel sign all night, old carpet but comfy beds!

Expensive for what you get

Good location in the 12th district, between two subway stations,
Quiet, even open window. My room was overlooking a roof
Very small room and bathroom.
It would have been great to have a kettle in the room.
It was quite pricey for what you get, but I guess it is Parisian standards...

Don't Ever Bother with this Crappy Hotel!!!

So we had a reservation made with 1 month and half in advanced. 1 week before our arrival the hotel decided to cancel our reservation with any notice. I tried to contact them to discuss this issue and request answers on why did the cancel, but unfortunately they simply don't care about customer service. I got booking.com to help us contact them and they got through. The excuse that they had was a total lie. They said that my credit card was invalid. I know this is not true because we paid other reservations with that same CC.
I TRULY ADVISE ALL TRAVELERS AND TOURISTS TO AVOID HEADACHES AND BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL. REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT IS SO BAD THAT THEY WON'T EVEN BOTHER TO ANSWER THIS REVIEW.

Disaster

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The toilette is too small. Even 1 person will not be comfortable in it. You can hear other rooms activities, first impression is a scary place. Highly recommended if you want to ruin someone’s vacation.

outdated hotel

if you want a comfort room and a nice hotel. This is not your place. Besides the nice people working there nothing more helps. small rooms with no air conditioning can transform your summer visit to Paris into hell. Corridors have old rugs that make you sneeze without stop. No elevator make put your luggage in the 3rd floor room a punishment. If you have an adventure spirit you can try to stay in this hotel otherwise try a best option.
