Great for first time visitors!

A hotel in a great area. Close to metros, restaurants, and the catacombs. Clean and fresh room with a view of the Eiffel Tower! Air condition. A standard hotel breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. Close to the RER B station port royale so easy to access from the airport CDG.

Unprofessional Front Desk Manager

The hotel itself was alright, and we didn’t have any issues with the room. However, the front desk manager lady was incredibly rude. We asked a simple question about our room and the bed setup, and she immediately started yelling, saying she was the front desk manager and that it was up to her to decide which room we received. Keep in mind, we never asked to change rooms… we were only asking if the two beds were attached together.

We stayed in the Junior Suite. Had an amazing view of the tower from the bed! The restaurants across the street were phenomenal, especially La Rotounde! Wine shop and bakery around the corner were great! Highly recommend!

Smart choice in a great location

I love Paris and I come here often. I have a lot of experience booking Paris hotels. Therefore, regarding this hotel I can say : definitely recommend.
Embarrassing the old lobby, like you're back in the 1960s. But... all the rooms and floors have recently been renovated. Modern, ergonomic, thoughtful. Standard rooms are small in size, but everything is carefully designed. Excellent mattresses, quality linen and towels, thoughtful lighting, expensive tight blackout porters, cheap parquet, coffee machine, electric kettle, nice cosmetic supplies. For me, it's better small but high quality than big and from a previous life. Very friendly receptionists. There's always natural fresh lemonade in the lobby. Flawless cleaning. Perfect location and transport accessibility. We were visiting for a long weekend. On Friday, ambulances with sirens roared with enviable regularity down Boulevard Montparnasse. It's strange that everything stopped at night, as if Parisians no longer needed emergency hospitalization. On the ground floor below the hotel is a cafe in a phase of prolonged renovation. On Saturday at around 5pm, someone there decided to do some noisy work. But not for long. The windows in the rooms are new, as is everyone in the hotel, but strong street noise doesn't block it.

Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Room was small (as expected) but very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent. Easy walk to the Luxembourg gardens and near several Metro stops. Would stay again.
