prefect location- lots of shops, restauratnts and near few metro stops. . Can get anywhere in Paris . near wonderful street ets, cafes. tons of bakeries. Near all my favorite streets. My room clean but the rooms are small. Breakfast was good except there is no eggs. Overall awesome due to location .Near several metro stops, and bus stops. Near Lidil Grocery. Near open air markets tthat is open Wednesdays and Fridays lots and lots of shops Near Rue d Alesia which is an awesome street for lots of shopping. Everything is close by.

We were charged twice and took 12 days to get our monies back incurring a wire transfer fee because they could not revert the charges to our credit card - all their wrongdoing but were not very helpful in the process of reverting their own mistakes due to inefficient reception personnel not trained properly. AND we had to also incur extra conversion fees while we had paid in full before getting there .

Watch out for billing!

Horrible, charged me my resa credit card before check out(and I didn't want to pay with the one la)
Plus didn't want to keep my 2 small suitcases and told me "manage with the automatic instructions"!!
and I've been a customer for 40 years a disgrace in terms of service!

Better look for alternatives

The room is very small, it is difficult even to turn around the bed.
The bedside table is a cabinet of mercy, round and uncomfortable.
In the bathroom you lean very little (especially if you are two), the shower is small and not very functional, lacking a support for soap and shampoo own.
Nonexistent wardrobe. For one night and away is also fine, for several nights it is really complicated.
Inadequate cleaning.
Not bad breakfast.

I was put on the 5th level. The room was smelly, the water thank of tge hotel was noisy all night, I couldn't sleep. They did not change my room for an other room.
