The comfort of an apartment, the service of a hotel, and top-notch thoughtful touches!

Hotel ideally located in the 9th arrondissement! It is the perfect balance between the comfort of a private apartment and the services of a high-end hotel. First of all, it is all the little thoughtful touches that make the difference: gifts for the children, a shopping bag, and reusable water bottles offered upon our arrival. Furthermore, the person at the front desk is remarkably kind: always friendly and full of good advice, she makes sure you feel right at home. There were 4 of us and, although the space is rather small and the furniture has seen better days, absolutely everything is well thought out. Aside from having to fold up the sofa bed in the morning, the numerous storage spaces mean that nothing is left lying around. The amenities are super practical: direct access through an adjacent coded door (no need to go back through the front desk), the fresh and mineral water fountain near the elevator, the A/C, the functional kitchenette, the towel warmer, and even little welcome snacks in the fridge. The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient, a stone's throw from a gluten-free bakery, a gourmet grocery store, a pharmacy, restaurants, and only 100 meters from the Poissonnière metro station (and 1.5 km from the Opéra Garnier). In short, a realistic, personalized place that, for me, was simply perfect!

Take your $ elsewhere. RUDE management. Better & more affordable places to stay near Paris

Room was very overpriced for size and not clean. Mold in bathrooms and in need of maintenance throughout. Too far outside of city to be walkable to attractions. Better & more affordable places to stay near Paris

The owner was very warm and welcoming. Check in process was very relaxed, easy and informative. Clean rooms, very comfortable bedding and clean linen. The small apartment was well furnished, making excellent use of space. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils, china and condiments. Complementary drinks and snacks in the fridge was a pleasant surprise.

Clean, staff were nice, kitchen had all the essentials. Close to metro station and also Paris Nord station.
