Big Room, Good & Safe Location

We found this place by accident and decided to book a 5-night stay. The rooms are very spacious. They are serviced apartments with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa, and dishwasher. You can easily buy groceries and cook meals here. We loved it!
This area is safe. There are restaurants and shops everywhere. It's an easy walk to the Opera House.
The entrance to the accommodation might not look luxurious, it might seem ordinary, but once you get to the room, I can say I wasn't disappointed at all.

Great Place to Rest

The staff are great, the location is awesome. There are so many accessible foods and shops around the area. Metro stations are not far away. Definitely a great place to stay if you don't mind walking.The size of the room was great for all three of us.

Great.

Everything was correct, good location, friendly staff, nice neighborhood close to many shops and points of interest, metro nearby, super comfortable bed, I was able to rest perfectly since on the floor I was on there were only 4 rooms including mine.
There is not much space in the room if you bring large suitcases.
I could not try the spa due to time issues.

A well-located and comfortable place.

Unfortunately, prices have increased and the cleaning service has been reduced. But it is always
a calm and well-located place, and the welcome is very nice.
But the new management must be careful not to spoil the pleasure of having a good stay at Cadet Residence.

Unbeatable location. Everything is perfect.

Everything is very clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Centrally located and very well connected. We left very satisfied.
