Absolutely lovely stay

Stayed a couple of nights here - and the hotel more than delivered. From the moment your cab arrived at the hotel, multiple doormen would come to take care of you and the luggage. The concierge desk was very helpful in providing recommendations and securing tickets for museums which was essential to avoid the long queues. They very kindly upgraded us to a balcony room, which looking back should be the room to book at a minimum. The balcony view was lovely and we enjoyed lounging there very much. Breakfast at the brasserie with the semi-outdoor seat was quintessential, the spa area was great and the indoor pool was long enough for a swim. During our stay we also visited Rosewood (v briefly), and you could tell MO operates at a level above in terms of services (as per our experience in HK). Absolutely loved the location here as well, great neighbourhood and there are just so places you can walk to in under 15 minutes. 10/10 hotel for us.

Just beautiful

Our stay at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia Paris lived up to every expectation we had and honestly, maybe even exceeded a few. The hotel has that rare balance of feeling luxurious without ever making you feel uncomfortable or out of place. Everything is elegant, but still warm and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and every detail feels well thought out. What really stood out was the service. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind, professional and always happy to help. It never felt forced it felt like they truly cared about making our stay special. The location is another huge plus. You’re close to so many amazing cafés, restaurants, and some of the best parts of Paris, but the hotel itself feels like a peaceful escape from the busy city. If you’re looking for a luxury hotel in Paris that actually delivers on what it promises, this is it. We left with nothing but great memories and would happily stay here again.

A masterclass in luxury hospitality. From the moment you arrive until the day you leave, every detail reflects what true luxury should be. Not extravagance, but precision, anticipation, and genuine care. The staff embodies the highest standards of service, anticipating needs before they’re even expressed, and responding with remarkable reactivity. The quality of the materials and finishes throughout the hotel, from the rooms to the corridors, the elevators, and restaurants, is impeccable. Everything feels carefully considered with a refined, timeless aesthetic. But what stood out most was the human experience. From the valet greeting us warmly to the teams across the hotel, relationships developed naturally within just a couple of days. We arrived as guests and left feeling genuinely known and cared for. That, to us, is the true definition of luxury. The Lutetia doesn’t just meet the standards of a world-class luxury hotel, it sets them. An unforgettable experience, and without hesitation, one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in. We can’t wait to return.

Luxury and charm of a Parisian palace. Exceptional

Family stay. Sightseeing on the Left Bank was wonderful. The hotel is exceptional. Very beautiful Parisian palace. Every member of the staff is attentive to our needs. They are true hospitality professionals. At the front desk and the concierge desk, they do everything to please us. Éric Gervy, Victoria, and Larissa were very attentive. Little touches were waiting for us in the room. We were very touched. The view from our room is breathtaking. In the restaurants, the cuisine is delicious and refined. In the dining room, the service is impeccable. At the spa, the treatments are relaxing. The sports and pool facilities there are very pleasant. I have no complaints. The whole family loved the family stay. Sightseeing on the Left Bank was wonderful. The hotel is exceptional. Very beautiful Parisian palace. Every member of the staff is very attentive.
