I were happy !
Great location near the Blvd 'Peripherique, and still - very quiet;
Less than five minutes walk to the Metro, and a few eateries;
Service: Friendly, welcoming and helpful both front desk and breakfast room personnel ;
Great hearty breakfast (convenient hours);
Though rooms are a bit on the smaller size, they're A/Cond., modernly furnished with comfy large bed. (no fridge, nor coffee machine, and you can't see the lake if you are on 6th floor or below ).
I've found the room rate to be reasonable, though the rate may change daily, probably upon availability or season.
In short - highly recommended. And I'll be back!

When I asked how much longer I would have to wait, he told me he could not make me a new room key because he claimed I had smoked in my room. I have never smoked in my life. I asked him to come to the room and verify for himself that there was no smell of smoke, but he refused. (I put do not disturb in the morning so no one should of entered my room anyways)
Instead, he insisted that I either pay a $50 smoking fee or he would not issue me a new room key. Eventually, he made the key without requiring payment, which made me question why I had been forced to wait so long and threatened with the fee in the first place.
Because of the way I was treated, I no longer felt comfortable or safe staying at the hotel. I contacted Hotels.com to ask if they could help cancel the remainder of my stay. The Hotels.com supervisor called the front desk, but later told me that the receptionist refused to cooperate or assist with resolving the situation.
