Fantastic
We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was large, comfortable and had a terrace on the ground floor, ideal for our little dog. In the bathroom were delicious Rituals products. We also got bathrobes and slippers for the pool, which gave a luxurious feeling. The room had a fridge and a spacious closet, very practical. The hotel is set within a 20-minute walk from the city center. The breakfast was really delicious, with plenty of choice for everyone. Definitely recommended!

Reasonable Paris hotel
An ok hotel in Paris, but could be better.
The rooms are typical Paris size, so pretty small! If you have anything other than an overnight bag or carry on case there is nowhere to put your luggage. The bathroom is good, but the main shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom so everything got wet.
The reception desk staff were great, very friendly and helpful. But, the bar was the main reason I did not rate this hotel higher. One evening, returning to the hotel after dinner, we went to the bar for a drink, one of our party was served & we were then asked to take a seat and they would take our order. After waiting 30 minutes and asking 3 times if someone could serve us we gave up and left. The bar staff were rude and blatantly refusing to serve us.

Good hotel with some work points
We had prestige rooms for my family of 3. Daughter slept on the sofa that was transformed into a bed. Room in itself was spacious enough for a short stay. Only we lacked storage space for 3 people. So our clothes stayed in the suitcase and we shoved them under the bed! The shower was good, spacious. We were on the 5th floor and had 2 small windows, I thought it was a pity.
The breakfast room at this hotel is really too small for the amount of people who come to breakfast. Also the speed of replenishment of food, is always just a little too late. Drinks in the bar were good, yet I had it just a little better elsewhere in our holiday. This hotel is in a good location. Close to metro and half an hour from downtown Paris

Stay in Paris
Very welcome in all services, just a small downside on the parking which is managed by another company that accepts all people and on my arrival the parking was complete, can from time to time after my arrival I could have a place and in the meantime I had to go to the neighboring parking which is very good also but paying what is normal also... Given that I had free parking at the hotel and it's a bit of a shame considering the quality of the hotel not to keep it for its guests...

Disappointed
Breakfast and restaurant well.
Modern shower.
Hot pool. Hot tub down (apparently for months according to comments).
Bedding okay.
Very small room for a Deluxe.
Couldn't adjust the heat of the room: 27 degrees. Despite notifying the reception, no compensation offered, not even a bottle of water. Their solution: open the window!
We will not try again.

Nous vous remercions d’avoir partagé votre retour détaillé. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre que votre séjour ne vous a pas donné entière satisfaction. Nous regrettons que vous ayez rencontré un inconfort au niveau de la température de votre chambre.
Nous comprenons parfaitement votre ressenti et regrettons cette situation. Notre établissement fonctionne avec un système de régulation centralisé, soit en mode chauffage soit en mode climatisation selon la saison. Malgré quelques journées plus douces, la période actuelle reste une phase de transition et la climatisation n’était pas encore activée. Nous reconnaissons que cela peut parfois entraîner un inconfort et nous en sommes sincèrement désolés.
Concernant nos installations, nous vous confirmons que le bain à remous et le hammam ne font plus partie de nos prestations. Ils ont été retirés de notre site et de nos communications auprès de nos partenaires afin d’éviter toute confusion.
Nous sommes toutefois heureux que vous ayez apprécié le petit-déjeuner, le restaurant, la douche moderne ainsi que la piscine.
Nous regrettons sincèrement que votre expérience globale n’ait pas répondu à vos attentes et espérons malgré tout avoir pu clarifier certains points. Nous serions ravis de pouvoir vous accueillir à nouveau afin de regagner votre confiance et vous offrir une expérience plus conforme à vos attentes.
