Good value hotel opposite Gard du Nord. Single room very small especially the bathroom but ok for one night. Good shower and nice to have real soap.
Minimal street noise even on a Saturday night but morning street cleaning was loud.
Breakfast not too good but many cafes

Toilet wouldn’t flush, got stuck on elevator, no air conditioning and very hot, no refrigerator no coffee or hot water, no microwave, small TV, charged for every little thing, including keeping our suitcases. Very very noisy at all hours. Hard mattress. Avoid.

The room could only be locked with difficulty, which was of some concern.
The toilet was difficult to flush and on some occasions would not flush at all.
The breakfast was generally fine, but on the last day I had to ask twice for access to food and did not get all I asked for.
I was charged a 5 euro fee for keeping my luggage after checkout - I have never had to pay this fee in any other hotel in Paris, in fact in no other hotel in any country I have visited.
I am accustomed to staying in budget-end hotels in Paris, but I have to say this hotel was disappointing. The owners need to attend to property maintenance in the areas noted above, to ensure that future guests enjoy their stay.

Avoid this place ! Scammers !

We have been completely ripped off! we have paid during the payment process for two guest and they sent us the confirmation only for one guest. We clearly showed evidences a month before that we made those picture during the payment process as we saw few bad reviews and we have been suspicious about this Hotel. We paid the amount due and they ignored us without responding to Booking.com and from our emails. We requested a month before a free cancellation due to this no communication and situation but they ignored us and also they ignored booking customer service.The male receptionist despite we sent and spoke by phone with the manager charged us extra money for the second guest, (when we arrived and the receptionist saw us at the door he took the calculator immediately making the new price because he was prepared to do this from the management) in rudely manner. After we paid an extra fee a soon we got upstairs we noticed that the room was wrong with two single bed and not bath as prioritise in the booking request. I showed them once again the picture of the room we booked and choose during the payment process but nothing they didn`t listen and they didn`t care answering rudely. The drainage of the shower was blocked we could not have a shower. It was also dirty with hair all over the walls. Both Duvet covers and linen was broken with spots and dirtiness. Fire alarms was consistently on for three night consecutively on off on off. They state that the room are soundproofing but is another lie you could ear everting it was impossible to sleep for all nights. If we could have the opportunity to cancel this booking a month before we definitely did but because they state NO FREE CANCELLATION they did not answer at all from one month in advance We understood that this is a clear fraudulent system. We are very upset about this and also very upset with Booking.com as we have completely and clearly ripped off with no help from anyone.
