Nice updated hotel, great location!
wait in the lobby as they got the room ready - receptionist gave us all candies which my kids definitely enjoyed (family of 4). Everyone was super friendly, and room was a good size. Had a front room that had a pull out bed (which they had a setup for us) plus another loveseat. Then a 1 bedroom which was a good size. Everything was nicely updated and felt newly remodeled. The nespresso machine was a nice touch, and it was good to have a fridge. If you are tall, the room we had was on the 6th floor and while the dormers helped, the roof was slanted and the beams were low. We are not tall, but still needed to take care on the ceiling. It was also nice to have an elevator - it is very small. All 4 of us could not fit with luggage. The location was great, 5min from 2 different stations - plenty of markets and restaurants within a few minutes. They had 24/7 coverage at the front desk, and everyone was smiling and helpful - nice to know if I lost my key or had some issue, there was someone there. It also felt safe in the area - no worries for me any family of younger kids. Overall I'd definitely recommend this place and come back next time we were in Paris.

Location very good. Short walk to various Metro stations. If windows open cafe activity below in evening loud, but to be expected in downtown Paris. Air conditioning solved any issues with closing windows. Was as expected.

Small rooms , they first tell us that we danadged the room , we ask for photos , then they said its for extra clening and they charged 200 euro’s from our creditcard! Then they bullied us outside !

The €200 charge was not related to normal cleaning. After your departure, the room was found in an exceptionally soiled condition, including marks and soiling on the walls, towels, and other areas of the room. The condition in which the room was left required additional and extensive cleaning.
We have a duty to respect and protect our employees. We do not consider it acceptable for a member of our team to be confronted with a room left in such an abnormal condition, requiring cleaning well beyond the usual service provided between guests.
Finally, we strongly reject the allegation that you were “bullied” outside the hotel. I acted in a professional manner throughout the situation.
We understand that you may disagree with the charge, however, we cannot accept the description of this situation as a charge for ordinary cleaning, nor the suggestion that I acted improperly.

to rest and be well cared for, making you want to return
Its price is in line with the location and the service it offers, and the experience is really worth it. It is in the heart of Paris, a few minutes' walk from places like the Madeleine, the Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, and Printemps, in addition to having excellent transport connections. The area is full of restaurants, cafes, shops, and many tourist attractions.
What made the difference during my stay was the way the staff treated me. Yesterday I met Anas, who speaks Spanish, the newest member of the team who, along with Ana, Amin, and Clarisa, have been incredibly kind and professional. After missing the return train, they helped me reorganize everything with a lot of patience and willingness, making a quite stressful situation much more bearable.
Without a doubt, the customer service was exceptional, and it is one of those details that makes you want to return. Thank you very much to the whole team for making me feel so well taken care of!

Mold on the duvet foot cover. No key for the safe. Room smelt like mold. AC was good most of the time except very early in the morning when it would get very hot in the room. I woke up everyday morning at around 3-4am due to the heat. Broken hinge for the fridge door and fridge had mold in it.
